Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you via email if there is a significant delay.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times vary depending on your location within Pakistan.
- Within Karachi: 1–2 business days
- Major Cities (Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad): 2–4 business days
- Other Cities & Remote Areas: 4–7 business days
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order through our courier's website.
Damaged or Lost Packages Prime Tech is not responsible for packages lost or damaged during transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage so we can assist you.
